Additional details:
I seen the article in 5.0 Mustang where they used this system on the Fox 500. My question is can I replace my stock electrical system with this system?

jharris - Yes, you can replace the complete body harness in the car. In the case of the Fox 500, we replaced the entire front harness. The car had a bunch of previous owners. Each one hacked up the front harness to add their own alarm system and other accessories. Additionally, most of the connectors going behind the dash were cracked or melted. We mounted the front POWERCELL under the hood and it powers the HID lights, the turn signals, the horn, the ECU, the starter solenoid and the dash.
The rear of the car was a completely different story. The harness going to the back light cluster and the CHMSL was in perfect shape. We mounted the POWERCELL on the battery box and spliced the output harness into the existing OEM harness. That was really easy. We ran an output for the fuel pump and left a few open outputs for when they want to add audio to the car.
They hadn't figured the interior, so we mounted the MASTERCELL under the dash towards the center. It may move depending on what Steve chooses to do with the counsole.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
