  Lenore - Hey Spencer,
  When ISIS communicates with a system that it is powering it basically just tells it to turn on and off. This gives great flexibility because the system doesn't care what it's turning on and off, leaving you free to hook just about anything up to it. In order to keep this flexibility though, the system doesn't get into the engine management functions that would control your emissions. That being said, should you find a device that will, ISIS will easily and quickly power it.
