Making the Complex Simple
Are you dreading wiring your newest street rod, muscle car, or other automotive project? The hours involved and the potential for a troubleshooting nightmare can make electrical system setup and wiring the most challenging and time-intensive task of any automotive project. The typical weekend mechanic needs 40 hours to wire a car using a traditional wiring harness. No need to worry, using the ISIS™ Intelligent Multiplex System can reduce installation time to as little as 10 hours and reduce weight at the same time.
In this section you will find everything you need to help you get your ISIS™ intelligent multiplexed system installed, programmed and running. If there is something you can’t find, just send us an email and we’ll get you what you need, guaranteed.

In order to show you just how easy it is to install and setup the ISIS system, we thought we would write a brief description about each component of the system along with a five step process on how to setup the system in your vehicle. More detailed directions can be found in the reference library and the installation guides found within this section.
POWERCELL™ control units are located where current is used. A typical installation might locate one POWERCELL control unit at the front of the car to power head lights, starter solenoid and other under the hood functions. A second POWERCELL control unit would be placed in the trunk to control the tail and brake lights, fuel pump and other accessories like sub-woofers and amps. Wiring the vehicle is dramatically easier because wires are no longer run to individual components from the switch and fuse box. Switches, buttons or other inputs are connected to the MASTERCELL™ input unit and all electrical components and accessories are wire directly to the local POWERCELL control unit.
Installing the ISIS™ Intelligent Multiplex System is remarkably easy. All of the necessary harnesses are included in the kits. Aside from standard automotive tools, the only additional components required are the mating connectors that connect the end of the POWERCELL control unit output harness to the relevant circuit.
