Engineering a Great Partnership

The Littelfuse/I-Squared Engineering partnership began in 2006 when Littelfuse, the global leader in automotive circuit protection learned of I-Squared Engineering’s 1+1 and Million Mile systems.  Shortly after, Littlelfuse realized that technology, which combined a level of sophistication that had previously only been available to OEMs, was an ideal fit for its automotive aftermarket customers. Prior to the ISIS system, products that provided this level of performance were prohibitively expensive and too complex to be used by the weekend mechanic, hobbyist and most custom shops.


I-Squared Engineering’s motto “power management is our business, automobiles are our passion,” dovetailed perfectly with Littelfuse’s goal of producing a unique product that would simplify automotive power distribution for their customers.  A major company with expertise across many industries, a rich history developing automotive fuses that protect automobile power systems, and significant engineering resources all made Littelfuse a perfect fit for the partnership.

Together as a team, I Squared and Littelfuse have developed the next generation automotive wiring system, the ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System.
