Great Genes + Evolution = The ISIS Intelligent Multiplex System

Littelfuse developed the ISIS™ Intelligent Multiplex System by leveraging I-Squared Engineering’s successful 1+1 and Million Mile systems. The experienced team at I-Squared Engineering worked with Littelfuse to identify attributes they felt were key to the new system’s success.  Some of those attributes included:

• Slashing installation time in comparison to a traditional wiring harness
• Reducing Weight
• Improving diagnostic and testing features
• Developing a more robust, sealed system that can be installed in almost any location within an automobile

Many of these features were already available in the existing 1+1 system.  Working with I-Squared Engineering, Littelfuse identified several additional traits that could help to further improve the I-Squared products.  They included:

• Plug and play system flexibility
• Ability to use the system as a stand alone electrical system or in combination with an existing system
• Fully sealed and water-tight system (including connectors and boxes)
• Expandability

The result is the new ISIS Intelligent Multiplexed System.
