Personality Description
This personality is similar to the sequenced multi-node, but introduces a programmable delay between the application of power to each output node on a POWERCELL™ Control Unit. This personality is used when a series of loads draws power sufficient to damage the entire electrical system when first turned ON.


This personality also cuts back on the use of input nodes and the subsequent wring to the MASTERCELL™ Input Unit when multiple output nodes need to be turned on simultaneously. Any number of output nodes can be turned ON or OFF based on the definition contained in the personality profile on the MASTERCELL™ Input Unit. The outputs are sequenced ON with the programmable delay between each output. When the input node on the MASTERCELL™ Input Unit control unit is turned OFF, the output nodes will sequence OFF in the same order, with the same delay with which they were turned ON. This helps when powering down large inductive loads that must be allowed to dissipate their stored energy safely.

NOTE TO RACERS: You can now eliminate multiple toggle switches and the wiring in your race vehicle associated with powering-up your primary systems at one time. Now you can power up your primary systems with a single switch, significantly increasing reliability. You can further increase reliability with the installation of a second switch on the MASTERCELL™ input unit that replicates all these functions.
